One of the most serious problems of the 3D Printing process is that the flow values are not sufficient and consistent.
As CSATech®, we conducted long-term research on this engineering and focused primarily on what could be done outside of standard processes regarding nozzles.
For the best quality printing, it was necessary to ensure the most stable flow and smooth the layer quality.

Raw Material
CSATech® products are produced from special materials used in the Defense Industry.
Quality & Control
During the mass production process, one in every twenty parts is checked with special gauges. It is then examined with a microscopic camera with a sensitivity of 0.001 mm and perfection is not compromised.
Production
We work with state-of-the-art machines that do not allow errors in our production area. The machines we use are the machines used for the world's most sensitive products and special productions.
